 Percentage Oxygen Analyzers
Our Percentage Oxygen Analyser are microprocessor based and offer our users the freedom of selecting his own measurement range over the entire range of 0-100%, freely selectable Dual range/ suppressed range 4-20 mA output, relays which can be set for Oxygen enriched processes or Oxygen deficient process or for simple process control.
The Measurement range is 0- 100% with accuracy as best as of 0.05 %. Our Percentage Oxygen Analyser can come with many of the sample handling components such as Filter, Flow meter, Auto calibration and pump control as part of standard supply. The components are pre integrated at our factory making our analyser as Plug and Play devices.
The menu is user friendly. The Diagnostics and History feature are very useful for process analysis and maintenance. The sensor options are Long Life Electrochemical sensor or Paramagnetic Sensor. The Percentage Oxygen Analyser can come as General purpose or Hazardous area certified Transmitter / Analyser. There are Online / Portable versions of percentage gas analysers.

Paramagnetic Oxygen Analyzers
Oxygen exhibits the most paramagnetic property in the presence of an externally applied magnetic field. Our Paramagnetic Gas Analyser uses this property to measure Oxygen in variety of sample gases with unsurpassed linearity, accuracy and repeatability. No reference gas is required for measurement. The interference of other paramagnetic gases other than Oxygen is precisely defined, making our Gas analyser more precise, accurate and specific to Oxygen.
Our Paramagnetic Oxygen Analyzers are microprocessor based and offer our users the freedom of selecting his own measurement range over the entire range of 0-100%, freely selectable Dual range/ suppressed range 4-20 mA output, relays which can be set for Oxygen enriched processes or Oxygen deficient process or for simple process control. For ranges above 90% the gas analyser includes Barometric pressure compensation.
The response time of the Oxygen sensor is 2 sec making it one of the best in the market. The Paramagnetic sensor is heated for all critical measurements.
The menu is user friendly. Our Paramagnetic Gas analyzers include many of the sample handling components as standard such as Auto calibration and the option to control pump. The Diagnostics and History feature are as per the process and maintenance requirement and are very useful for understanding the process.

 Trace Oxygen Analyzers
The heart of the Trace Oxygen analyzers is its sensor. The ppm Sensor has a lower detectable limit less than 10ppb; it’s highly accuracy with excellent repeatability. It has a Fast Response Time and Fast recovery from exposure to air – Air to 10 ppm in 15 minutes. The operating life of sensor is in excess of 36 months and requires no maintenance. The long term stability is less than 5% drift for span over 6 months enabling a long calibration interval of 3 – 6 months. The senser can be manually isolated when the analyzer is not in use thereby protecting the sensor from air.
The Analyser can have a range as low as 0- 500 ppb / 0-1 ppm. They come with Auto ranging, Barometric Pressure compensation, Temperature compensation, 4-20 mA, Alarms & RS232 outputs. Data Acquisition is also available. The Analyser is microprocessor based with excellent menu driven display and a water resistant keypad.
The Trace Oxygen Analyzers can go in wide range of applications such as Industrial Processes; Air Separation plants, Natural Gases, Diving, Welding, and Medical as an Online Analyser or Portable Analyser. The rechargeable Battery Life for a single charge is in excess of 1- 2 months.
It can come as a general Purpose or Hazardous area ATEX approved Transmitter / Analyser.
The Sample Handling Components are designed specifically to get accurate and repeatable measurements and operate for wide Pressure, Temperature and Flow ranges.

 PPB Oxygen Analyzers
The ultra High Purity PPB Oxygen Analyzers have a Lower Detectable Limit of less than 1 ppb. It has excellent stability and reaches to a 90% full scale response in less than 60 secs. Its ability to recover quickly from a process upset condition is unsurpassed in the Industry. The sensor can be operated continuously for 18 months without any maintenance such as addition of electrolyte or water.
The complete system is designed to make the analysis simple, with nearly zero repeatability error. It includes a Barometric Pressure and Temperature compensation along with Heated Sample System and sensor housing. The PPB Oxygen Analyzers comes with user configurable Auto Calibration, Auto Zero, Auto Ranging with Manual Override, Integral Pressure Regulator and Flow control. To enhance the life of sensor, the sensor is Auto Isolated during high oxygen reading.
The analyser is microprocessor based with features like Data acquisition, System Diagnostic function wherein you can get Weak Sensor Warning and Power Failure Alarm.

 Transmitter
The Transmitter is the simplest but the most powerful of Gas Analysis device. It works on two wire has a local display and can be used in Hazardous area. The retransmission 4-20 mA output can be remotely connected to your DCS or data logger.
Measurement ranges of 0- 25% Oxygen, 0-100% Oxygen and 0- 10000 ppm CO are possible.
The sampling system is designed specifically for your process and can be made integral to the Transmitter. This makes site installation and commissioning totally hassle free.

Purity Oxygen Analyzers
Our Purity Oxygen Analyzers are based on Electrochemical or Paramagnetic sensor. The analysers are microprocessor based and can be configured to operate between 95- 100% range. It includes barometric and Temperature compensation to provide an accurate measurement. An accuracy & repeatability figure of 0.05% is easily achieved.
