 FILTERS FOR INSTRUMENTATION & GAS ANALYSIS
We offer an extensive range of filters for instrumentation and analysis applications. We have solutions for in-line, particulate and coalescing, and bypass or fast loop. All housings offer high flow rates and fast response times.
Housings are available in a variety of materials, 316L Stainless Steel, Aluminium, PFTE, PVDF, Nylon, and Polypropylene, as well a range of exotic materials such as Hasteloy, Monel, and Titanium. Sizes range from 1/2" to 2", with pressures to 700 Bar.

 FILTERS FOR COMPRESSED AIR FILTERS
Even in a new installation compressed air is a heavily contaminated product. Dirt is ingested through the compressor inlet, oil is carried over from the piston, and water condenses out at the higher pressures. The demand for more sophisticated and reliable pneumatic systems can only be met by ultra-clean compressed air.
A well-designed coalescing filtration system will essentially remove all solid and liquid contamination, with minimum maintenance and operating costs. Headline coalescing filters remove 99.99% of solid and liquid particles and aerosols down to 0.1 micron, producing truly clean compressed air.

FILTERS FOR VACCUM PUMP
The exhaust from oil sealed vacuum pumps is laden with a fine stable oil aerosol. This pollutant must be removed or serious health and environmental damage may be caused.
Headline vacuum pump exhaust filter housings and coalescing elements completely remove oil aerosols from the vacuum pump exhaust. Available in aluminum and stainless steel, the housings are suitable for flow rates up to 765 Nm3/hr and give complete security, low back pressure and running costs, and exceptional service life.
